Message The cops undercover are simply standing in the open. They have strict guidelines as to what the "rules" are. They cannot ask the guy if he wants sex - he has to proposition them in a very clear and undisputable manner.

Now with the car thing, the officer driving a car in a manner that is demonstrating accelleration, revving the engine, and darting around without passing is clearly looking to race. If they were out to beat you up or kill you, they would either ram your car or get in front of you and attempt to make you stop. This did not happen, so that possibility is eliminated. I think it was pretty clear that the cop in the mustang was instigating a race. I think a judge would have a serious problem with this kind of behavior and rule in favor of the defendant. I would take it to court solely on these facts alone; to expose what kind of behavior these officers are engaging in.

: When they set up a prostitution sting?

: Female officer, standing on a street corner, appearing to be a prostitute. Guy drives up...officer says "what are you looking for?". You know the rest.

: That's not entrapment.

: Just becuase a car revs at you, doesn't make you race.
